The Bermuda Triangle of Talent is a concept popularized by Dutch historian and author Rutger Bregman to describe the disproportionate concentration of top-tier graduates from elite institutions (e.g. Oxford, Harvard, and Stanford) into high-status but socially unproductive careers in consulting, finance, and corporate law.
